R&S is the greatest! They’re always prompt, friendly, thoughtful and do great work. They have skilled field techs, and great support and office staff as well. What more could you want? We work with lots of vendors at our 258 unit apartment complex, and R&S is one of our favorites. Thanks guys!
Over the top great service! We have a commercial space and they have done everything for us from installing a new security grille to doing a SAME DAY emergency steel roll-up door replacement and install! Emergency response time was fantastic! I will always do all of my business with R&S Erection of Richmond!
The Tides is a multifamily community of 200 units, so needless to say we have garage service issues regularly. From the time we speak to Gabby, the most helpful and friendly receptionist, to schedule work, til the time the work is done, the crew at R&S is fast, reliable and extremely knowledgeable! Marco is our main tech that comes out to our area, and the precision and knowledge paired with timely response, actual work, and follow up is remarkable! Never have we had an issue with billing, punctuality, repairs, small or big, or customer service. R&S is and will continue to be the only company we deal with for garage, rolling gates, pedestrian walkthrough gates, and keyless access that we use here, and I highly recommend them for home repair as well. Overall, R&S is grade A in my book!

Beto, an experienced R&S employee, answered all of my questions in great detail, and cleared up all of my concerns without hesitation. He worked very hard all day with another employee, who he was training, and completed the job with perfection. The ladies in the office also answered any questions I had and were always very polite. 10/10 recommend R&S.
It had been 3 weeks since our “normal” vendor was contacted to repair our door issue. I won’t say the name of this vendor, but I CAN say R&S Erection of Richmond IS an absolute stand-up company!!!! After I gave up on the vendor we normally use, I called R&S last Thursday mid-morning, spoke to Gaby, and she had a technician out to our community within a couple hours. Joel G. diagnosed our issue, submitted exactly what part(s) we needed, had our order expedited from Texas, and just completed the repairs now. I never did hear from our so-called normal vendor. The minute our parts arrived via UPS from Texas this morning, they sent Joel and Blaze right over to repair our “slamming door” issue. These 2 gentlemen were very professional and I would highly recommend them for door issues and needs! I’ve since scratched off the name of our “other” vendor and replaced them with R&S Erection Of Richmond!

R&S Erection of Richmond has always been awesome to work with. They respond to our calls and are here usually the next day. They have fixed everything we have needed. Today, Ernie saved our life. His expertise outshined all vendors who we tried to call to fix a fobbed door. The parts are rare and he spent the time to take apart the entire mechanism to replace a tiny little part and put the entire thing back together again. Thanks to him, we didn’t end up with a resident having no apartment door. I can’t tell you how thankful I am for Ernie.
This crew is always friendly, knowledgable, and creative when it comes to problem solving unusual issues, and they’re really dedicated to helping their customers. We love working with R&S! Thank you guys!
John Hackett was friendly, helpful, effective, and arrived on time. He did a superb job for a very reasonable price. I especially appreciated his clear explanation for what had happened to my garage door and how I could prevent it from happening again. First rate service!
Excellent company and I highly recommend. I have had R&S install garage doors in two different homes I have owned and was very happy with the doors and the install work. I recently had a service person over to fix my garage door that had come off the track. It looked to me that the door would be a total loss. The guy spent a little over an hour and got it back to working. Only charged me for one hour of labor. I could not believe it. I am going to replace the door since it is very old and I am concerned it will happen again, so I’m having R&S install the new door.
Amazing technicians! Beto has basically replaced all of the roll-up doors at an industrial building in Berkeley. He repaired the remaining passage doors and made sure I did not replace anything that could be fixed. Big jobs, small jobs, it makes no difference to the quality of service. I highly recommend them!
